The hotel's suite felt like a well-furnished apartment, offering great value for money. The staff, from the gate to the front office, bell boys, and room service, were incredibly supportive and accommodating. The location in Sahidnagar, an upmarket area, was convenient, but the entry was not very appealing. The dining experience was above lavish, with friendly staff, but it felt like an exact repeat at times. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service, although some areas could be improved.
